We crimp each one by hand, checking the condition of the terminal and the main line, and then set it into the housing in the shape requested by the customer.
At Tsukasa Industries, we offer "crimp terminal processing." To accommodate small lot production of various types, we have several semi-automatic crimping machines. We also have a variety of applicators tailored to different terminals. Each terminal is crimped by hand while checking the condition of the wire and terminal, and then set into housings according to the customer's requested shape.
